To become a member of Little Miracles is both free and easy to do.
All that you need to do is head over to our membership form and complete the questions that will take you a matter of minutes. Then just hit the submit button and send it on its way to us. Once we have received your form we will then send you a welcome email and confirm your membership number with you. Please allow up to 72 hours for your form to be processed and your welcome email to be sent.
Your membership number is used for such things as booking the trips that we provide and Max Cards. If you wish to keep it close to hand then you can order one of our membership cards below.
Please note that you will need to complete a membership form prior to attending any Little Miracles events and sessions that we hold so we can ensure you are registered correctly and covered under our insurances. You will also need to complete a membership form if you wish to request a Max Card from us.
Little Miracles membership forms are important to help us plan suitable activities for your children at our Sensory Sats sessions and events throughout the year. All information provided to us is strictly for the attention of the management team and will not be shared with any other members or 3rd parties.
The area of additional needs in children is vast and resource is very much limited in the local area . An example of just some of the areas we presently support and not limited to, are Autism (ASD), Dyspraxia, Developmental Co-ordination Disorder (DCD), Global Development Delay (GDD), Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Epilepsy, Aspergers, Hypotonia, Cerebral Palsy & Hyper-mobility.
