Little Miracles has teamed up with Max Card to provide their cards to all of our registered members. We are an authorised distributor for them and point of contact across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and into Herts.
To qualify for being able to have a Max Card you simply need to have completed one of our free Membership forms in 2016, no other additional criteria is required. Just head to the form below to register your request with us.
Your Little Miracles membership number is required as part of the sign up process on the form below.
If you have completed a 2016 membership form already, your membership number would have been emailed to you after your form was processed by us. If you haven’t yet completed one of our 2016 free membership forms for families or carers of children with additional needs, this can be done so here. This needs to be done prior to ordering your Max Card.
The cost of a Max Card is just £3 if you wish to collect it in person from us, or £4 if you wish us to post it to you. We can make the cards available for collection at our Sensory Sats sessions. We will drop you a message to organise this once you request has been processed. Please allow up to 48hrs for this.
What is a Max Card?
The Max Card is designed to make days out more financially accessible for foster families and families of children with additional needs. All families need to do is simply show their Max Card upon entry to a participating venue in order to obtain free or discounted admission. The discount available varies between venues.
Max Card have recently formed a partnership with Merlin Attraction, providing up to 52% off their venues across the UK.
A Max Card discount structure is based around a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). There is a limit of one Max Card per household.

Where can I use the Max Card?
The Max Card originated in the North of England but more and more venues across the UK nationwide are coming on line with the scheme. There are over 780 attractions signed up at the present time and that is growing by the week. Merlin Entertainment have also recently signed up to the scheme and are offering up to 52% off some of their venues across the UK.

The card is the property of the cardholder, be that carer or child, and permits access of two adults and two children (age dependant on venue). Venues reserve the right to ask you for proof of identity upon presentation of the card.
The expiration date of the card is shown on the back of it.
Please note that if you place an order for a Max Card and payment is not received by us within 7 days of providing you with the payment information, then the card reserved for you will be made available for sale again.
How do I sign up for a Max Card?
As an authorised agent, the process is really simple.
Complete our free online membership form.
When we have received this, we will send you a welcome email including your Little Miracles Membership number.
Once you have this membership number, simply complete the Max Card request form at the bottom of this page. We will then take care of payment with you and get your card to you.
