Please complete our free Little Miracles Cambridge, Ely and Newmarket membership form prior to attending any Little Miracles events or Sensory Sats sessions that we hold. This is so we can ensure you are registered correctly, covered under our insurances and that we are aware of your child’s needs. You will also need to take this step prior to requesting a Max Card.
All information provided to us is strictly for the attention of the management team and will not be shared with any other members or third party. Should you wish to keep all these details close to hand, we can provide a Membership Card if you wish.
We ask that your Membership form is resubmitted to us in January of every year to ensure the information that we hold for you is as up to date as possible. If you have any questions concerning our membership form then please don’t hesitate to contact us.
After your Membership form has been processed by us, you will receive a welcome email back from our team advising you of your Little Miracles Membership Number and providing you with our contact details for future reference.
