Welcome to the bookings page for all the Little Miracles events and days out that we hold outside of our normal Sensory Sats sessions from our base at the Ely Community Centre centre.

Here you will find details of all the upcoming events and days out that we have planned, plus a guideline to the number of places available for each one. We have attended a wide variety of venues in the past, both locally and at further points in the UK. For further afield trips, a coach is often provided for ease of travel and group attendance.

Membership & Important Notes

Please remember that prior to attending any of our sessions, days out or events we need you to complete one of our 2017 Membership forms. These need to be completed for insurance coverage purposes and also to help us plan future events.

You only need to complete a membership form once a year and this will cover you for all future events and session attendances in the same calendar year.

Please note if you request places for an event and do not make payment for the trip prior to the cut off date provided for that trip, your places will automatically be offered to any persons on the waiting list to ensure the trip is as full as possible.

Health Protection

If you have booked to attend one of our events and come the time of that event, one of the people attending in your party has fallen ill, we are very sorry but due to the nature of the children that we support, it will not be possible for that person to attend the event with us.

In line with the Health Protection Agency and similar to local schools, please note that it is not possible for us to accept a child at an event or session that has had sickness / diarrhoea until they have been clear of this for a minimum of 48 hours.

We hope very much that you can understand our position on this and the caution that we must exercise.

Clip n Climb Sessions July to December

Clip n Climb Cambridge

Time Slot: 9am – 1030am

We hope that you can join us as at our Little Miracles CEN dedicated sessions at Clip n Climb Cambridge between July & December 2017. Please note that there is no cost for this event and no transport will be provided.

The sessions are scheduled for between 9am and 1030am but please note when places are confirmed back there is a chance this will start slightly earlier. Tuition on the centre, its facilities and safety is provided at the start of the session. There are facilities at the venue to get drinks and snacks also.

Clip n Climb Cambridge (CnC) is where climbing centre meets theme park and you can experience 20 unique climbing challenges that twist, turn, light and excite. Clip ‘n Climb Cambridge is the first in the East of England and is suitable for everyone from 4 years upwards and is the ultimate fun and healthy activity for you to enjoy with your friends and family. The Clip n Climb venue is also where we are holding our September fundraiser as we try to climb the height of Mount Snowdon (1085m) in 2 hours.

Clip n Climb Sessions Jul – Dec

Kentwell Hall

Saturday July 1st 2017

57 Spaces Available – Coach Travel Included

We hope that you can join us at Kentwell Hall on Saturday July 1st 2017 for their main event of the year, the Tudor Midsummer. We get to see what life would have been like in 16th century Tudor times across the 40 acres of their grounds in Long Melford and their Manor House. The event opens at 11am and closes at 5pm on the day.

More than 200 Tudors at any one time re-create the dress, speech, food, drink, music, dance, crafts, activities, pleasures and way of life back in Tudor times. This is how life actually was, not just a series of demonstrations and is an excellent look back on times gone by. Many of you may have visited Kentwell with the school as a child and we really encourage you to engage with the Tudors as much as possible as they talk about times gone by.

A good range of food is available from their Stableyard Tearooms but you are also able to take picnics if you prefer. The ample picnic area is situated just outside the grounds looking down to the house.

Travel is provided to this event and the exact coach details will be released when spaces are confirmed back to members. For the current time please estimate that will depart at 10am and leave the venue around 4pm. We have one coach presently available for this event covering a total of 57 spaces.

£12.50ea – 5 – 16 Years & Adults

The booking fee is required once we have confirmed your places on the trip. If your payment is not paid by the date stated in our correspondence then your places will be offered to the waiting list. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, cash or via our LocalGiving site which accepts debit cards, credit cards and Paypal.

Please note that we expect high demand for this event and preference will be given to immediate family members in the first instance as always. All prices included in this event release are based on one coach being taken.

There will be no Little Miracles session on this date due to the trip.

Hogwarts in the Snow

Saturday December 2nd 2017

1030am – Harry Potter Studio Tour

We hope that you can join us at the Harry Potter Studio Tour on Saturday December 2nd 2017 to take in the magical world of Harry Potter and Hogwarts in the Snow. Our entry to the venue starts at 1030am.

Take in the wonders of the Great Hall, the Gryffindor dorm, Diagon Alley, Privet Drive and Dumbledore’s office to name but a few alongside thousands of props and costumes.

Travel is provided to this event and the exact coach details will be released when spaces are confirmed back to members. For the current time please estimate that will depart at 8am and leave the venue around 5pm. We have two coaches presently available covering a total of 114 spaces. Please feel free to come dressed as witches and wizards as you wish!

Should the 2nd coach not be sufficiently filled then this will be re-assessed. Please note for this event as per the venues rules, tickets are not refundable or transferable.

Breakfast with Santa

Saturday December 24th 2017

9am – 11am The Cutter & Grand Central (Ely)

We hope that you can join us and KD Theatre for a very special Breakfast with Santa on Sunday December 24th 2017.

There will be two hour long time slots available as you have a little breakfast at Grand Central Ely with us before moving a couple of doors down to take in our Santa Special. The session consists of a Christmas Singalong, magic tricks and a meet and greet with the main man himself.

Parents are able to enjoy teas and coffees during the performance also. Please note that each session is limited to 50 people.

Please note that due to the limited spaces for this event, emphasis will be on the children that we support as a first priority as opposed to extended family.

Breakfast with Santa

Beauty & The Beast

Saturday January 6th 2018

11am – 1pm The Maltings, Ely

We hope that you can join us at KD Theatre’s pantomime performance of Beauty & The Beast on Saturday January 6th 2018.

Please note that this is a relaxed performance and no transport is provided to the venue on the day. We have had a brilliant time at every KD Theatre event we have attended so we hope that you can join us!

There will be an opportunity to meet the cast briefly after the show.

As with all trips we, will always try and accommodate requests for friends and extended family to come along where we can and but please note that these will carry a separate booking cost and will be handled secondary to member requests for obvious reasons.
