Saturday July 1st 2017 saw us head across to Kentwell Hall for their main event of the year, the Tudor Midsummer.

We got to see what life would have been like in 16th century Tudor times across the 40 acres of their grounds in Long Melford and their Manor House.

More than 200 Tudors re-created the dress, speech, food, drink, music, dance, crafts, activities, pleasures and way of life back in Tudor times. This is how life actually was, not just a series of demonstrations and is an excellent look back on times gone by and brought fantastic interaction throughout the course of the day.

A huge thanks to Amelia at Kentwell for all her support on the visit. A fantastic time was had by all, a really interesting, educational and fun experience that we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone to attend.
